They also demo us some of their famous dishes pancit lucban, pancit habhab, and hardinera.
Pancit lucban is a dish that is famous in lucban. They tipped us in making pancit lucban it needs to be loud to make more flavor. Because scarping the wok adds flavor.
Hardinera is a dish that is like a steamed oval embutido with tomatoes.
Pancit habhab is a snackdish to them the traditional pancit habhab is served in a cone

Products of lucban
This is the hut on the side where they teach us how to make langanisang lucban, pilipit, and kipping.
Langanisang lucaban is a sausage in where they spiced they're sausage with dried red pimiento to make the meat color red when cooked and even adds a distinct flavor to it. It is called longanisa in some people but it is originally called langanisa because it is very filipino longanisa came from americans which specify that it's long but the dish originated from the spaniards therefore it is originally called longanisa.
Kipping is a biscuit made from rice it is steamed and use for decorations. It is also edible. There is a festival in lucban in which they decorate their houses with kipping. This is the most awaited moment from me because kipping is edible and i can think of a lot of ways innovating it
Pilipit is a squash based dish the best way i could discribe it is that it is a squash donut wit caramel glaze.

LUCBAN TOUR (Buddy's)
On our lucban tour we visit a lambanog brewery first before the buddy's but i'll be focusing on our buddy's tour because most of our time was spent here.
It rained that day though it rained pretty heavy we still had a lot of fun and working experience. we also cam to memorize the theme song of buddy's because it was the only song when we entered the facility though it stopped later on. I pictured the vicinity because i think my mom would like to see it. We own a catering and looking at venues is a requirement to our business. since they have a good venue we can somewhat copy the concept of the venue. we also saw the owners of the place and we got to learn its history. that the owner just loved to cook but he was never a chef from the start. A very inspiring story.
